Ho, Ho, Ho! Santa brought some gifts early this year. The latest Express Entry draw on December 19 had the lowest CRS score we have seen all year. The IRCC invited 3,900 candidates to apply for Permanent Residence via Express Entry who had a CRS score of 439+.
At the beginning of 2019, there will be a new quota of 85,000 and CRS scores are expected to be lower. As evidenced in past years, the CRS score is typically lower at the beginning of the year than the latter half of the year.
