In today's Express Entry Draw, the IRCC issued 3,350 invitations to individuals with a cut-off score of 438+. This is the lowest CRS score seen in over 1 year. Should CIC maintain draws every 2 weeks with a draw size of 3,500 or higher, we could see CRS scores in the 432 - 435 range.
As evidenced in past years, the CRS score is typically lower at the beginning of the year than the latter half of the year.
In 2019, CIC will issue 85,000 invitations to apply for Permanent Residence.
