After obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Yasmin has worked diligently on diverse and intricate immigration cases, including temporary and permanent resident applications such as visitor applications and extensions, study and work permits, LMIAs, spousal sponsorships, express entry, provincial nomination programs, temporary resident permits, humanitarian and compassionate grounds applications, responses to procedural fairness letters, and applications for citizenship, criminal rehabilitation and judicial review.
